Packages with prices on them. Radical, apparently.

Three retainer tiers and a one-off audit, priced in public, scoped by your competitive situation rather than deliverable quotas, and excluded of the filler that pads this industry's bundles: no blog quotas, no link counts, no guarantees, no lock-ins.

The SEO package as commonly sold is an operations document dressed as an offer: deliverable counts chosen for the seller's margins, applied identically to a florist and a fintech. Ours invert that: tiers map to competitive situations, deliverables follow strategy monthly, and everything a buyer needs to compare us, prices included, is published here rather than gated behind a call.

Chapter 01 · The tiers

Three situations, three prices

Local (£950/mo/mo): one location against local competitors: Map Pack discipline, service and area pages, reviews and citations, local links. Growth (£1,800/mo/mo): multi-location businesses or genuine national terms: content programmes with purpose, digital PR, competitive technical work. National/Franchise (£4,000/mo/mo): nine-plus locations or contested national SERPs: full architecture, sustained link earning, measurement at scale. US and Canadian pricing in native currency on the same structure.

Chapter 02 · Standard inclusions

What every tier gets without asking

Senior delivery end-to-end; a two-week opening diagnostic so month one is aimed, not guessed; fortnightly shipped batches visible in a shared log; a monthly note written in plain English (what moved, what did not, what is next) and a 30-minute call; technical fixes, schema and analytics treated as workstreams rather than upsells; and AI-search visibility (structured data, answer-shaped pages, entity hygiene) built into the same hours, not sold as a second package.

Chapter 03 · Exclusions

The filler we cut on purpose

No content quotas: quota content is how blogs fill with unread posts while money pages starve. No link-count promises: counts incentivise rented links; we earn placements and show them. No ranking guarantees: they are either dishonest or engineered on worthless terms. No lock-ins: retention must be earned monthly. Reading competitors' packages against this list is the fastest vendor-vetting exercise available, and we encourage it explicitly.

Chapter 04 · Choosing

Let the audit pick your tier

The £500 audit exists to replace sales-call tier-guessing with evidence: two weeks, a written document covering technical state, competitive reality per target term, and a keep-or-kill recommendation with a tier proposal, portable to any provider. Credited in full against a retainer signed within 30 days, and unbashful about concluding “project not retainer” or “DIY these foundations first” when that is the truth. Full tier detail lives on the pricing page; this page exists so package-comparing buyers see scope and exclusions side by side.

What SEO packages do you offer and at what prices?

Three retainer tiers plus a one-off. Local SEO from £950/mo/month: single-location businesses targeting the Map Pack and local organic. Growth from £1,800/mo/month: multi-location or competitive national terms. Franchise/national from £4,000/mo/month: 9+ locations or contested national campaigns. One-off written audit £500, credited against a retainer signed within 30 days. US and Canadian equivalents billed in USD/CAD.

What does every package include as standard?

Senior delivery (the person you speak to does the work), a two-week diagnostic at the start, fortnightly shipped work batches, a plain-English monthly note, a 30-minute monthly call, and month-to-month terms with 30 days notice. Schema, technical fixes and measurement setup are workstreams inside tiers, not billable extras.

What do your packages deliberately exclude?

Fixed content quotas ("4 blogs a month" incentivises filler; we ship what the strategy needs), guaranteed rankings (nobody controls Google; guarantee-sellers are lying or gaming lead quality), link quantities as headline deliverables (we earn links; we do not count rented ones), and PDF reports designed to look like work. If a competing package leads with quotas and guarantees, you are reading a mill's menu.

Why do most SEO packages fail buyers?

Because packages are usually built for the seller's operations, not the buyer's outcome: identical deliverable lists applied to every business, quota-driven content nobody searched for, and price points engineered around offshore delivery costs. A package is only honest when the tier maps to a competitive situation (your market, your competition) rather than a deliverable count, which is why our tiering question is "what are you up against", not "how much content do you want".

Can I switch tiers or stop?

Monthly, both. Businesses commonly start on the audit, move to Local, and step up when they expand, or step down to maintenance after goals are hit and hold rankings at lower spend. The absence of lock-ins is not generosity; it is the accountability mechanism that keeps the work honest.

Do packages cover AI search visibility?

Yes, inside the normal workstream: structured data depth, answer-shaped content, entity consistency and the measurement to see AI-referred traffic as it grows. We do not sell a separate "AI SEO package" because the honest work is one integrated discipline; anyone selling it separately is billing the same hour twice.

Which package fits my business?

The audit answers that with evidence rather than a sales call: two weeks, written findings, keep-or-kill recommendations, and a tier proposal you can take elsewhere. If the honest answer is "you need a project, not a retainer" or "fix these five things yourself first", that is what the document says, in writing, credited if you proceed.

Summary: Three situation-scoped tiers with published prices, an audit that picks tiers with evidence, standard inclusions that matter (senior delivery, diagnostics, honest reporting, AI-search work inside the same hours) and deliberate exclusions of the industry’s padding. Compare any package against the exclusion list; it sorts vendors fast. Related: full pricing, small business SEO, the affordable floor.
