How can social media marketing start at only £700 / $900 / CAD $1,225?
Because we run a lean senior-led team with no account-manager layer. The entry tier is designed for a single platform (typically LinkedIn or Instagram) with a disciplined publishing cadence of 3 posts a week, community reply coverage, monthly performance note, and one round of creative iteration. It is not agency theatre with a 14-person team, it is one senior strategist and a content producer shipping genuinely good work. Same quality as a £2,500/month agency retainer, priced for founders and owner-operators.
What does each regional tier include?
The core scope is identical across regions, one platform, 3 posts per week, community management, paid-ads management up to $1,000/month managed spend, monthly reporting. Regional pricing reflects currency parity and local market labour rates. UK: £700/month. USA: $900/month. Canada: CAD $1,225/month. Gulf: USD $800/month. Australia: AUD $1,375/month. Multi-platform engagements scale from there, typically +£200–£400/month per additional platform depending on content intensity.
Which platforms do you actually cover?
LinkedIn (our strongest channel for B2B clients), Meta (Facebook + Instagram), TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube (long-form and Shorts), Pinterest for commerce clients, and Threads where the audience genuinely engages. For Gulf clients we also cover Snapchat, still a major consumer channel in Saudi and UAE. We will tell you honestly which platforms matter for your business on the first call. Most founders need two, not six.
Do you manage paid social ads at this price?
Yes, up to $1,000/month of managed ad spend is included in the entry tier. Above that, we charge 15% of monthly spend (industry standard is 20–30%). We handle Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads (via Google Ads), and X Ads. For ad spend above $5,000/month, we recommend a dedicated paid-social engagement at £1,800/month which includes creative iteration and full-funnel attribution work.
Who creates the content, do you need me to film everything?
Mixed approach. For LinkedIn and B2B-heavy work, most content is written (we draft posts, you edit), plus simple graphics and carousel-style content we produce in-house. For Instagram and TikTok where short-form video is non-negotiable, you will need to provide 60–90 minutes of raw footage per month (filmed on a phone, we edit). For Gulf clients and premium brands, we coordinate with local videographers, add-on cost typically from £400 per production day.
Is this social media the same as SEO content?
No. Social media is rented audience; SEO is owned audience. The strategies are complementary but the economics differ. Social media builds brand recognition and warms up a pipeline over months. SEO compounds for years. Most of our clients run both, social for brand-velocity, SEO for bottom-of-funnel conversion. We frequently bundle social media with SEO retainers; combined pricing typically saves 15–20% vs separate engagements.
How do you measure social media performance?
Three metrics we report monthly: (1) audience growth, followers are a vanity metric, so we track engaged audience growth (people who liked, commented, saved, or shared content at least once in the last 90 days). (2) Content-driven pipeline, URLs tagged with UTMs, leads traceable to social channels via GA4 and HubSpot where available. (3) Brand-search lift, the strongest correlation to long-term commercial outcomes; we track Search Console branded impression trends monthly and report against them.
Will AI-generated posts get us in trouble on social platforms?
No platform bans AI-assisted content as of 2026, but the algorithms are getting sharper at detecting generic AI output and throttling its reach. Our rule: AI for brainstorming and first drafts, human editing for every piece of copy that actually ships. LinkedIn in particular downranks content that reads as fully AI-generated, Meta less so but the pattern is coming. Our content production uses AI assistance but the final voice is human-reviewed on every post.
Do you handle community management / replies / DMs?
Yes, within reason. The entry tier includes monitoring and reply coverage during UK business hours (Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00 GMT) for comments, mentions, and public DMs. Time-sensitive replies are handled within 2 business hours during cover. Out-of-hours escalation is available at £300/month add-on. We do not handle 24/7 reactive community management at the entry tier, that is a different kind of operation priced at £2,500+/month.
How do you work with Gulf clients on social media?
Our Gulf social tier (USD $800/month) includes bilingual English/Arabic content production, culturally-aware creative direction, and awareness of Ramadan/Eid content cycles, Saudi National Day, UAE National Day, and regional regulatory considerations (no alcohol adjacency, respectful framing of religious/political content). Arabic copywriting is handled by native-speaking team members in our network. Snapchat coverage is included where relevant given its regional dominance in KSA and UAE.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Three months minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days notice. The three-month minimum exists because social media compounds, one month is not enough time to see what is working. After month three, you can leave any time. No 12-month lock-ins, no break fees, no 90-day notice theatre.
Can you do influencer partnerships?
Yes, as an add-on project. Micro-influencer campaigns (under 100K followers each) are scoped at £1,500–£4,000 per campaign depending on volume and vertical. We handle contracts, brief, content QA, disclosure compliance (ASA in the UK, FTC in the US), and reporting. We do not take kickbacks from influencers, flat project fees only, which is why our cost looks higher than agencies that mark up influencer fees 2x.
How is your social media work different from a typical agency?
Agencies staff retainers with juniors doing templated posts. We run a senior-led model where the strategist who takes your brief is the same person writing the content and analysing the performance. Lower overhead, higher quality per dollar. We turn down clients whose expectations do not fit that model, if you need 30 posts a week across 6 platforms, hire a 14-person agency. If you need 12 excellent LinkedIn posts a month that actually build your brand, hire us.
Do you report to LinkedIn Creator Analytics / Meta Business Suite?
Yes to both, plus direct API pulls where platforms allow. Our monthly report combines native platform analytics with Google Analytics 4 cross-channel attribution so you see both the platform-level performance (reach, engagement, saves) and the business outcome (leads, pipeline, revenue). Reports are two-page written notes, not 40-slide decks designed to justify the retainer.
Can I see examples before signing?
Yes. We share 2-3 recent campaign snapshots on the first call, redacted where client confidentiality requires it. We do not publish a public portfolio because most of our work is for founders who prefer not to be case studies. Happy to do a video walkthrough of real work on the discovery call.
