Why do manual backlinks cost more than bulk packages?
Because they take weeks of outreach, editorial negotiation, and writing to place. A DR 50+ link placed through a real editorial relationship costs meaningfully more than a PBN link from a private blog network, but it survives every Google core update. Cheaper services use automation and AI-generated host sites, those are being detected and demoted faster every year.
Are the links dofollow?
Most are, yes. Every link in our standard DR 50+ tier is contextual and dofollow by default. On national digital PR placements we prefer dofollow but will not kill a Times or BBC-tier placement if the editor insists on nofollow, a nofollow link from a top-five UK newspaper still carries meaningful brand-authority signal and often drives referral traffic that pure ranking metrics miss.
How do you verify Domain Rating?
We check every placement against Ahrefs Domain Rating at the time of delivery and include the live URL in our monthly report. If a placement drops below the agreed DR band within 90 days, we replace it.
What anchors do you use?
A natural anchor mix, roughly 60% branded / URL anchors, 25% generic ("learn more", "this article"), and 15% target-keyword anchors. Over-optimised anchor profiles are one of the most common triggers for algorithmic devaluation, and we have zero interest in burning your domain to hit a keyword target.
How long does delivery take?
DR 50+ campaigns run 4–6 weeks from kick-off. Digital PR campaigns (DR 70+ national media) run 6–10 weeks because genuine pitching takes time. We will not compress the timeline, rushed outreach reads as rushed outreach, and editors ignore it.
Can you guarantee specific websites will link?
No honest operator can. We can commit to the DR band, the topical relevance, and the link type. The specific publications are dependent on editorial availability at the time of the campaign. Anyone guaranteeing a specific DR 80 site is either already paying the editor directly (which is against the guidelines of every major publication) or lying.
Do you work outside the UK?
Yes. Our editor network covers UK, US, Canadian, Australian, and most Western European national and trade press. We will scope the right mix for your target market before we start.
What is the difference between this and Fiverr / Upwork link services?
Three things: provenance, survivability, and reporting. Fiverr gigs typically use automated tools, recycled content, and PBN networks. Those links appear, count for a few weeks, then get algorithmically devalued or the host site gets penalised. Our placements come from editorial relationships, are published with real author bylines on sites with genuine traffic, and survive core updates. They also cost more.
