Where Italy's SERPs are still soft
Travel, fashion and big e-commerce are mature and contested; nearly everything else runs under-optimised: the exporting manufacturers of the northern districts publish product PDFs where competitors elsewhere run content programmes; professional services outside Milan barely compete; private healthcare and premium consumer niches leave query classes unanswered. For entrants and ambitious Italian businesses alike, disciplined technical work plus native depth moves commercial terms in months.
The discipline
A soft market tempts soft work: thin translated pages, template sprawl, bought links. Google grades Italy on the same rulebook as everywhere; the competitors are weaker, the algorithm is not. We build as if the SERPs were German, and enjoy that they are not yet.
